Why we built this
In most hospitals, the fastest way to reach the right clinician is still to call someone who might know where they are. Rosters live in spreadsheets, protocols live in binders, and the record of who was told what exists only in memory.
None of that is a technology problem in the abstract — it is a daily operational cost paid in delays, repeated calls, and avoidable risk. We started Helix Health to close that gap with software built specifically for clinical environments rather than adapted from office tools.
We design for the realities of the wards we serve: variable connectivity, mixed devices, staff who rotate frequently, and teams who cannot stop to learn a complicated system. If it does not work at 3am on a busy night, it does not ship.
